We have been receiving a few questions recently from candidates enquiring about why the start time in their app is different from the start time of their actual exam, so I thought I would post a short explanation.

V3 sessions open 30 minutes in advance of your exam start time. This allows time for the invigilator to enter the session, and conduct important pre exam checks with each of the candidates. We advise all candidates to enter their V3 session as soon as it is open to allow plenty of time for these activities.

This will mean you are fully set up, relaxed and ready to start your exam when it opens.
