- Imagery of your photographic identification document(s). This is required by our clients in order to enhance our verification checks to demonstrate that you are the person that we have been asked to provide the Service to.
- Information collected by third parties. We are also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.
- A profile picture (optional) taken from your device photo album or taken with your device camera.
- Profile information including your name and email address. Also (optional), your address, your telephone / cell number and your job title.
- Chat message data from message chats between you and your invigilator / proctor.
- Video and audio data captured during your examination or assessment.
- Your location Data (optional). This is used to geolocate your exam delivery and to assist with cross time zone scheduling.

If you’re under the age of 16, you are not permitted to have an account on the Service. We do not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our content specifically to persons under 16. We send push notifications to mobile devices from time to time in order to update you about any Service updates, events and promotions we may be running.
